You have to have a motivation, drive, and passion for what youre doing or youre never going to be as happy as you could be if you did reach your goals and dreams. While working with others in class and my family at work, IVe realized that you have to a group dynamic (the way in which a group operates) and that everybody should have to work together well and have mutual respect for each other and listen well to everybodys idea and learn from each other as well as have self-respect for hemselves so you can bring your positive attitude into the workplace or classroom self-esteem issues it could not only effect your self-esteem but others around you could be affected by it.
